Back When Books is a small family-run company whose mission is to provide books that afford an entertaining and informative look back at the recent past.  We hope these will appeal both to seniors with a nostalgic bent and younger folk who enjoy reading about places, events, lifestyles, etc. from the era of their parents, grandparents and before.

 

We began as a mail order company, but now we join the hi-tech world with the creation of our website store.  We’re still novices at this, so if you spot any glitches we hope you’ll overlook them (or send us an email and say, “Hey, this needs fixing.”)  Please don’t let our imperfections deter you from checking out the many fine historical and nostalgic books we have to offer. 
 
We plan to offer multi-book sets and other "specials" from time to time.  Also, please note that orders of $99 or more qualify for free shipping (US addresses only)--no shipping and handling fee!
